I have a solution for them. Get rid of the city government including the law. gun up the people and let them go to work. What do I care, Chicago is going to be a smoking radioactive hole in the ground someday anyway. Same thing with LA, New York City, Washington DC and a few other pieces of sh-- big cities in this country.
So evacuate early and get established somewhere else and leave the big FUp cities to the criminals that way when the nukes fall that will take care of that problem....
