A citizen can get any cops testimony thrown out simply by asking the cop a few simple questions, here they are: How to get a Police Officer to be determined by the Prosecution and the Judge to be Incompetent to testify against you, and have all of his/her testimony stricken from the record, and your traffic ticket dismissed or thrown out.
1. Hand the Police Officer your copy of the Ticket and ask him/her.: did you give me this document when you pulled me over. Cop will answer yes. Request to Have the document (Ticket) entered into evidence.
2 Ask the cop Did you file a valid cause of action against me?

Cause of Action
The fact or combination of facts that gives a person the right to seek judicial redress or relief against another. Also, the legal theory forming the basis of a lawsuit.

Then ask the Police Officer:

Answer : How many elements are in a valid cause of action in common law?

In order to have a corpus delicti a case requires a valid "cause of action." A valid cause of action requires three elements. The three elements are: 1) a violation of a legal right, 2) damage or injury, 3) redress-ability by the court.

Prosecution would say "Objection you Honor, calls for a legal conclusion, the witness (police officer) is not competent to testify."

Judge would then strike the Witnesses (Police Officers) testimony, from the record, sustain the Objection, which requires the Judge to strike all testimony the Police Officer gave as a witness.

Without a valid "cause of action" there's no corpus delicti.
What is a Corpus delicti

1. the basic element of a crime, as, in murder, the fact that a death has occurred.
2. the evidence, as a body, that proves a crime has been committed.

If there's no corpus delicti a case has no standing. There are numerous cases dealing with corpus delicti and all say the same thing. Without a corpus delicti the plaintiff (State or States witness) the (cop) has no standing.
